King Kooker outdoor fryers are crap. The one I had fell apart after only one year; The burner snapped off at both joints.
I would highly recommend Bayou Classic brand for the following reasons: 1. The pot comes with a basket as well as a turkey rack. 2. It comes already assembled, except for the regulator. 3. It's much more sturdy and the welds that hold it together appear to be more durable.

We had an extra pot (thought one was lost, replaced it, then found the first...Murphy's Law) so needed a second burner with stand. Works really well.

Do not waist your time and money buying this item.
When I placed this unit on a level surface, it wobbled back-and-forth because there is a 1/8 inch discrepancy in the build. I'm sure the discrepancy would be fine if you were using a heavy pot of oil/water, but I purchased this item for a wok and cast iron pan, which doesn't have the weight to eliminate the wobble.
I was going to have the welding department at my office fix this item but they told me it wasn't worth their time. They also pointed out all the poor welding... This unit will be sent back to Amazon!

I use this burner for brewing 6 gallon batches of beer. I only need to use it at about 1/5 power to keep a boil going with no lid on. Really simple and easy to use.
