Its UL-listed high-pressure regulator comes with a 3-foot hose, and the unit\'s overall lightweight design at just 26 pounds makes it exceptionally portable. The durably built cooker also features heavy-gauge steel construction with welded U-shaped legs and a raised rim for pan stability. Accessories include a 2-gallon heavy-gauge aluminum pan with a hang tab to hold the nickel-plated strainer basket for draining. A propane tank must be purchased separately. If your looking for something to fry fish in you can't go wrong with this one. The frame is welded and very sturdy. Some very minor assembly to attatch burner to frame and unit is ready to use. Really like mine and recommend it to anyone looing for a deep fryer.
