Welcome to my quest for The Perfect Barbecue!  I am an avid Griller, but I’ll be honest:  I could be better.  Frankly, there are times when what comes off of the grill surprises me.  Not always in a bad way, mind you, but I don’t like to be surprised either way – good or bad.  What comes off of my grill should always be good! Hence, the quest for the Perfect Barbecue.
